Weekly Update
Next week begins our Illinois Assessment of Readiness in grades 3-8. It is an intensive state test and our students are going to rock it! Please help by ensuring that your student(s) have gotten enough sleep and a nutritious meal each day. We've got this!
On top of testing, our 7th and 8th graders are heading to Springfield too! They will learn a lot about Illinois history and government. It's going to be a great trip.
Our students will have an Erin's Law assembly provided through Victor Pacini about good touches. This is a mandate to ensure of their safety. This is grade level appropriate content.
Lastly, we have the wonderful opportunity to host student led conferences on Thursday next week! Your student's teacher(s) should have shared out a link to sign up! If you haven't signed up and want to, please reach out directly to the classroom teacher.
Progress reports will be shared during conferences, or sent home the following Monday.
Good luck to our track team! They have their first meet TOMORROW!

COVID Update
As we continue to navigate out of the COVID pandemic, it is important that we're all still doing our part to keep each other safe. We will be treating COVID as one of the infectious viruses that can be found in schools, but we still need your help. If your child does not feel well, please keep him/her home. If your child is exhibiting any of the symptoms below, it is highly recommended that you take your child for a COVID test. When a COVID case is reported to the school, we will send home a letter to the grade level notifying parents that there is an active case (similar to strep, chicken pox, etc. letters). We truly appreciate your support over the last two years, and we're excited to be on the other side of the pandemic.
