Together We Make A Difference!
Dear Hearne Elementary Families and Friends,
Hearne is home to the brightest and most intelligent students AND teachers in Alief! We strive to equip our students with the skills and knowledge they will need to be successful, not only today but as future adults. Walking the hallways and visiting classrooms each day reminds me how wonderful our Hearne Family is. I hear teachers teaching with passion, using every strategy possible to help their students grow. I see students actively engaged in the learning and working cooperatively with each other to solve complex problems. I feel the joy in the building because we know we are the gatekeepers of a successful life. Every school knows this, but it is always great to have a reminder: Together We Make a Difference! You are our students' first teachers and we proudly take on the responsibility to give your students more than we ever could imagine in instruction, love, and accountability. Work with us to prepare our future leaders to be exceptional citizens!

Front Office Reception Area Construction To Begin in March 2018!
In an effort to maintain campus safety, Hearne will be undergoing minor construction in the upcoming months.
Our front office reception area will be moved to the front of the building, near Pre-Kindergarten. During the construction, we do not anticipate any interruptions to the school day or any school operations.
Security doors will be added to the front of the building and a new, welcoming reception area will be constructed. We look forward to sharing the new area with you!
Please contact an administrator if you have any questions. We will be happy to answer them!

A parent will be notified. Repeat offenses may result in more serious disciplinary action in accordance with the Student Code of Conduct.
