Department Updates
Lots of Updates! Please read them all!
- Temporary Support: Please welcome Darryl Martin from Office Team on Tuesday. Darryl will be joining us in the mornings Monday - Friday while we post the new clerical support position.
- IS Meeting, Monday, April 17: The IS team is meeting Monday morning, so please plan on attending. I will be in interviews for the new Associate Superintendent, so there will be no PC meeting. Please note any PC agenda items needed for the next meeting and send them me.
- Evaluations: It's evaluation season. I will be scheduling observations for your evaluations this spring.
- District Calendar: You should all have received your district calendar for next year. Please keep these handy for future reference.
- Facilities: If you see things that don't look right, don't work right, or you have a suggested change for, please report these to support staff who have access to the School Dude software.
- Payday & Timesheets: Payday is tomorrow, April 14th. If you use timesheets, please submit them to Laurie Marshall and cc me. It's best to have them in on the same Friday as payday! Don't want anyone to not get paid!
- Associate Supt Interviews: Interviews are scheduled for Monday, April 17th.

- 4/20 Remix - Promoting Safe, Healthy Drug-Free Lifestyles: April 20
- Tobacco Free Michigan Conference: May 1 & 2 - if you are attending, please work on carpooling arrangements.
- Prevention Conference: June 5 & 6 (please register & fill out your pre-conference form if you are attending)
- Eaton RESA Board of Education: April 19th
- Sex Ed Supervisor's Workshop: April 25
- WSCC Advisory: April 28

Reminders
Room Usage
Please remember to shut down computers, projectors, equipment, lights, etc. after using the ERESA conference rooms for meetings or trainings. Wash and put away all dishes if you are using the kitchen areas.
Refrigerators
Will be cleaned out of anything not labeled on Fridays. If you are leaving something in the refrigerators, put your name on it.
