Hastings High School teacher recognized by Houston Texans, First Community Credit Union as Star in the Classroom.
Charelle Mosley was surprised by a Texans football player and representatives from FCCU. She received a signed, personalized football and tickets to a Texans game with sideline passes. Mosley, who was nominated by a student, will be honored during a special reception.
Alief ISD schools win second and third place in the Alief International Parade.
Alief ISD's Veterinary Science Program was spotlighted by KHOU 11's Great Day Houston.

Alief Police Department Sergeant Karen Coleman will star as Helen in Mr. Elysian by Living Way Productions. The theater production will be held at MATCH in downtown Houston on November 23.
