A MESSAGE FROM DR. VENGHAUS

Bear Branch Family,

Happy last Friday of the school year! Our last day of school is Thursday, May 25th. This is an early release day at 11:25am.

Yearbooks went home this week. If you did not pre-order a yearbook and would like to buy one, they will be on sale next week during lunches for $50.

There will be no backpacks on campus next week. Today was the last day students will be able to bring backpacks to school. Any supplies students need to complete assignments or projects will be available in the classroom. All students should continue getting to class on time and working hard until the last day!

Dress code still matters. Please see the guidelines on page 40 of the MISD Student Handbook. We appreciate your help with this.

Our lost and found is full and overflowing with jackets, sweatshirts, lunchboxes, and water bottles. If your child is missing anything please encourage them to take a look. All items left behind will be donated May 26th.

Proud to be your student's principal,

Julia

Be sure to turn in absence notes when your child is out. There are several ways to do this:

  • Students can bring parent/doctor note to the front office
  • Parents can email notes to BBJHAttendance@magnoliaisd.org
  • Parents can fax the note to 281-252-2060
