Buddy System
New employees got their Buddies to help make it easier for them to comfortably settle into their role.
Buddies get to socialize with the new employees, arrange a perfect time to show them around, explain any school guidelines, policies, events and know a bit about them as an individual out side of work.
This initiative aims to maintain a positive teaching attitude.

Curriculum Planning
Rubicon Atlas is a curriculum planning tool used by ASCS Maliha that allows our teacher to develop, align, and map their course curriculum. The platform also allows teachers plan lessons and upload resources to a single location that can be shared with all users in our group.
Our Rubicon Atlas coaches have been hard at work ensuring that all new teachers are able to access the system. In addition our team has modified our existing lesson plan format to one that is more user friendly on the Rubicon Atlas portal. By placing our curriculum maps and lesson plans online we are able to reducing printing costs and create a bank of lesson plans for our team.
