Nursing students turn their phones in at the beginning of class but the electricity went out today and they didn’t want to lose a minute of learning! They will be some very dedicated nurses! Proud of these young ladies!!!!

Highland’s Little Blessings Club, sponsored by Ms. Tonya, will focus on showing and sharing the love of God through sowing and giving. Members will select 1 or more recipients each month and show the love of God through sharing and giving.

There are great things taking place in the Science Department at North Central High School!!! Mrs. Chambers’ 7th-grade classes were exploring how and why the Ivory brand of soap floats in water compared to the Dove brand that sinks. Students were able to conclude that the Ivory soap consists of air pockets that expand when heated in the microwave.
