  • We have released an update which allows us the ability to grant access by permission level, to allow or disallow users the ability to enable/disable Syndication Channels.


LeaseStar Classified


  • We have updated the layout and the reports in our Marketing Center Dashboard. You will now see “leads per post” or “tracked leads per post” on most tabs.


  • You can now group your properties in any custom way you’d like, whether by regions, ownership group, lease ups, or high occupancy properties. Property Groups allow you to isolate each group on your reports. See photo below.

  • The below chart depicts Landmark's top leasing ad sources, sorted in descending order of lease volume.
  • Resident referrals are the highest converting lead sources. Have you considered tools to increase resident referral traffic? Check out LeaseStar Social for more information on increasing referral traffic in your leasing offices today.
  • Lead Source "Other" is a high converting lead source and a great source of leases. Converting at 12.94%, it is well above the portfolio average of 3.81%. My recommendation is to encourage leasing teams to dig deeper for source information when engaging new prospects. This will help you better allocate marketing dollars.
