Big Love Yoga Class

By popular demand from our Big Love Yoga Workshop:

A new class for those who have limited or no experience with yoga who may be overweight, overly self-critical or inflexible. This non-impact yoga class is designed with modifications for your body and flexibility. The class will be a safe non-judgmental place to explore yoga and a little meditation. You will gain more strength, flexibility and balance while lessening the daily aches and pains. Spontaneous joy, smiling and laughter will occur.

Every Wednesday & Saturday!

Wednesdays at 7:30 to 8:30 pm

Saturdays NOON to 1 pm

Alex van Frank, Registered Yoga Teacher

Alex is Yoga Alliance certified, member of International Association of Yoga Therapists and has experience in various forms of yoga including restorative, anusara, vinyasa, therapeutics and meditation. She has travelled extensively throughout India studying Ayurveda, philosophy and language. Alex takes your health very seriously and also holds an advanced CPR/AED certificate from the National Heart Association.
