Star Student
Monday: Send in 10-12 pictures for the students to share with the class. No need to bring in a poster board because we have made a special board in the room to put them on!
Friday: Students will read a book aloud to the class and they may bring an item for Show and Tell.
Our AMAZING class!
These past four weeks have been filled with wonderful learning experiences, practicing routines, and setting and accomplishing goals! Your students have been amazing listeners and role models for the rest of the school. We set little goals for ourselves each morning on what we need to work on to become the best students in the SCHOOL! Their love of learning and pride in their "ah ha!" moments brings such joy to my heart. They have truly developed a love of learning and are constantly working towards to developing and nurturing a Growth Mindset within themselves.
THANK YOU (yes, YOU!) for instilling this love and pride in your students and being a partner in their education!
Google Drive
Also, your child's digital reading log is in Google Drive. It should be ready to go for them to record their reading. If you prefer that your child fill out a paper copy, please let me know and I'll send one home with them. (1,500 pages is the goal for the year)
