What is a Peninsula
All peninsulas have water on three sides of it. The forth side of a peninsula is connected to another piece of land.
Animals
Penguins, whales, and seals live in cold peninsulas.
Snakes, bugs, and birds live in warm peninsulas.
Natural resources
In warm peninsulas you can grow flowers and fruit, water and sand are also some natural resources.

Florida is a peninsula. Volcanoes make peninsulas in Hawaii. The largest peninsula is the Arabian peninsula
