Roman Numerals in my opinion is Ancient Romes greatest achievement. Mostly because they gave us a numbering system. Without numbers there would be no math. Plus if you think about it with no math in the world there wouldn't be science or even money. Therefore without Rome creating the number system, our universe would be completely different.
The Romans used a system of letters to write numbers. The roman numerals are I, V, X, L, C, D, and M represents 1, 5, 10, 50, 100, 500, and 1,000.
