Time to Come Together . . .
As many of you know, on Monday afternoon an EF5 tornado ripped through an area outside of Oklahoma City leaving thousands homeless, at least 24 people killed, including nine children.
This weekend WYB is hosting their Memorial Day Baseball Classic Tournament, and I plan to sell baked goods near the fields all day in a effort to support the organization Feed The Children. Our donation will provide food, water, blankets and other vital supplies. If you want to make a donation or are willing to offer any help, please let us know and we gladly take you up on your offer. Thank you in advance for your willingness to help!

Library News . . .
News from the Kitchen . . .
Letters have recently been sent home to families carrying balances on their lunch accounts. To ensure the end of the year runs smoothly, we ask that ALL families handle any outstanding balances associated with your lunch accounts. The cafeteria staff can deny a request to charge further meals once a balance is incurred.
Thank you for you attention to this matter.
Missing Anything???
Summer Reading Program
Join Miss Brennan, Miss Wallace & Miss Quaresima this summer for a little library time. The Titus Library will be open this summer to students enrolled in Titus for the 2013-2014 school year. Be sure to check out this link for a sneak peek of what’s to come this summer including the "Summer Reading Challenge." Hope to see you there.
A Friendly Reminder . . .
Please be aware that the school day begins at 8:35 in the classroom. It is my recommendation that children are dropped off no later than 8:30 in order to get to their classrooms for the start of the school day at 8:35. If a student arrives in their classroom beyond 8:35 they are considered tardy. The adults supervising the car-rider drop-off line will be on duty until 8:32. Students dropped off after 8:32 will more than likely not be able to make it to their classrooms on time for the start of the school day at 8:35.
Also, for safety reasons, students arriving to school prior to 8:15, need to be supervised by their parent/caregiver. We ask that they wait with their family member in a parking space until 8:15.
