Hello Lincoln Families,

Our Lincoln staff and administration are committed to helping your child achieve high levels of learning. We know the knowledge and skills you learn are essential in preparing your child’s life as an adult. We will do everything we can to help your child succeed. We want to remind you of a few things:

School starts this Tuesday, August 15th at 8:00 am. You are welcome to drop off your child at 7:30 am. Our cafeteria will be serving breakfast and lunch for free this year, so please take advantage of this service.

Our first week of school is early dismissal, our students will be dismissed at 1:08 pm. Palmquist Elementary will also have their school dismissal at the same time. We are asking for your patience and understanding as we navigate this during the first week of school. We encourage you to carpool, walk or bike to school as you pick up your child from school.

A friendly reminder, our Grandview gate will remain closed. We ask that you take your time and be careful when dropping off and picking up your child. Our student’s safety is our highest priority and we truly appreciate your help in this matter. If we work together our children will remain safe.

If your child is going to use a bike, e-bike or skateboard, please remind them to wear their helmets at all times and follow all safety rules.

Your child’s schedule will be available through your AERIES portal on Monday by 5pm. We will send you a friendly reminder when your child’s schedule is ready. Log on to your AERIES portal to view your class schedule at that time. Also, note that there will be no schedule changes made the first week of school.

Oceanside USD App

OUSD sends messages to families using a platform called Blackboard Communications. This allows teachers and staff to send an email, text or voice message directly to the email address or phone number you have listed in Aeries. You no longer need to download any third party apps to receive messages from OUSD. The only district supported app that families should download is the Oceanside USD app through your phones app store. Please see the directions below to download and get connected today. Remember it's important to keep your email and phone number up to date in order to receive messages from your student’s school.

S.T.A.A.R PROGRAM

We are very excited to have the opportunity to serve you and your children. You may use our program on a consistent basis. Pick up is anytime between 4:30 - 6:00 pm.
