Newsletters Sent to Promotion/SPAM
We're so sorry to hear that this has happened!
We are afraid that there is no foolproof solution on our end to guarantee Smore newsletters will be delivered to the recipient's primary inbox.
That being said, if your recipients use Gmail, one of the simplest ways to move an email is to left-click and hold on the email and drag it from the Promotions tab over to the Primary tab.
Releasing the mouse will drop the email into the Primary tab. After it is dropped, Gmail will ask if you wish to make the change permanent. Your recipients can then choose to have your emails only appear in the primary inbox.
Another solution would be to have your recipients whitelist our IP addresses in the inbox settings so that they do not end up in SPAM.
