The Junior Prom is scheduled for Sunday Night June 13th at The Wyndham Newport Hotel in Middletown from 7-10:30PM. The Class of 2022 is awaiting guidance to determine social distance guidelines as it refers to capacity and the ability to dance with other classmates as the determining factor to hold Junior Prom. We will be conducting one last survey of the entire class to see if seated prom would be of interest this week. For your planning purposes, the deadline will be 5/1/21 to announce going forward or cancellation.

Testing for Student Athletes, will be on Mondays!

BinaxNOW Covid-19 Testing for ALL Season 3 Student Athletes:

Binax testing for student athletes is mandatory and will take place every Monday in the school gym for Season 3 Athletes.

* CONSENT FORM MUST BE COMPLETED IN ORDER FOR THEM TO BE TESTED!*

What is the test?

The BinaxNOW COVID-19 test involves using a swab placed inside the tip of the nose to collect a specimen for testing. For students under the age of 12, a trained COVID-19 test facilitator will conduct the swab test. Students ages 12 and older will be assisted through the process by a trained test facilitator.

Testing will only be completed with parent/guardian (for students) or staff consent. A COVID-19 Testing Consent Form is located in Aspen under the β€œTasks'' widget area (similar to the β€œCovid Daily Student/Staff Screening”). This Consent Form only needs to be completed once for parents/guardians and staff to agree to periodic testing for the remainder of the 2020-21 school year.
