Dine in or drive thru and a portion of the net sales brought in by Pebble Creek Elementary will be returned to our school! If dining in, please drop off your receipt with the PCE representative. If going through the drive thru, please tell the cashier that you are with PCE and he/she will turn in your receipt to our representative.

  • Please remember to have your child at morning assembly by 7:40am. Morning assembly is a great way to start our day together as a class family.
  • Make sure to check and initial their Panther folder daily for behavior notes and school/community information.
  • Check their blue Homework folder for any assignments. Remember all homework is given Monday and due Thursday with the exception of spelling tests, which will be administered on Friday.

In math we continue looking at numbers in different ways. We compare numbers by determining which is greater than, less than, or equal to another. We also determine whether a number is even or odd.

This week we venture into the computer lab to work on the new IXL program. Students will attend sessions each week with a specific focus. More information will follow.

As scientists we continue to look at the properties of matter. We extend our knowledge to include categorizing as either a solid, liquid, or gas. Students begin to examine how physical properties can change through heating and cooling.

This week we focus on taking one away. The ability to recall facts quickly and accurately is essential to a student's math foundation.
