We sincerely hope that this upcoming week off from school for Thanksgiving Break finds you with much to be grateful. We absolutely know that this online learning platform is a challenge and we want you to know that WE ARE GRATEFUL FOR YOU AND YOUR SUPPORT FROM HOME!

While we are very much looking forward to the day that we can all be together in person again, we appreciate how far we've come together in this journey. Our kids are amazing and resilient and so much more techy than any of us! They will make great leaders one day I'm sure.

Enjoy your time off. Try to relish family and friend time however that may look in your home and lives. Eat, play, read, explore nature and love each other. Show kindness and grace to your family, friends, neighbors, strangers and yourself!

~ 11/22 & 11/29 Community Mission of Hope Food Drive:

You can stay in your car and do a drive through drop off on these dates between 11:30 and 1:30. CMOH really needs our support so they can take care of many families in need. Items requested are canned fruits & veggies, pasta & sauce, toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap and deodorant.

Why we need your support:

I'm sure many families are wondering why PTA is still fundraising when our kids aren't in school. Here are some of the things we still pay for:

~ Teacher allocations for their classrooms.

~ Scholastic News/library books.

~ Scholarships for past TLES students.

~ Dues/fees that are paid every year to keep our nonprofit status.

~ Subscriptions for distance learning.

We also need money in the general fund for the next school year so that we can purchase Spirit Wear to sell, offer the teachers their classroom allocations, host Pastries with the Principal, Military and First Responder Appreciation breakfasts and plan school events.
