Stilwell Monday Message

Student and Family Communication

January- 1/10/22

Today is a BLACK Day!

This Friday marks the end of the first semester. We cannot believe how fast this year is going. Students, please make sure you have turned in all necessary work and are partnering with your teachers to show us how much you know and are able to do!

Just a reminder that we have after the bell on Monday-Thursday and it ends at 4 pm. Students need to be picked up at 4:00 pm. With our cold weather, we strongly encourage students to bring a coat and place it in their locker. All students were assigned a locker that can be found on infinite campus if they have forgeten the number or their combination.

We are accepting winter warmth items including winter coats, hats, gloves, mittens, blankets, hand warmers, and anything else that might keep someone warm this winter.

All donations will go to local homeless shelters and non-profits.

Please feel free to add these items to our donation bin located in the Stilwell front parking lot.

Big picture

Drop Off & Pick-Up Protocol

We understand our parking lot drop-off and pick-up process can be time-consuming. However, we need all families to follow the procedures to ensure our students are safe. Please remember these guidelines:

  • Do not use the back parking lot and blacktop in the back of the building.
  • Do not use the local business as a place to pick up your child.
  • Do not drop off your student or stop for any reason along Vine Street or Grand Avenue.
  • Do not pull into the bus lanes along Vine Street.
  • Do not allow your student to exit the vehicle until you have pulled up to the curb in the parking lot.
  • Please drive slowly through the parking lot.

Stilwell Student Handbook 20-21

Throughout this year you may have questions, need clarifications, or might need to see who you can turn to for help. Please start with the Junior High Schools Handbook.
