Week of 4/15/19
Support Summer Reading for All
Join us Monday April 15th from (6:00 -8:00 p.m.) at Half Price Books Anderson Mill to celebrate literacy and raise money for Leander ISD's Summer Reading For All Program. Make sure you mention the “LISD Summer Reading for All Program” when you make a purchase at that store.
Can't make it Monday night?
Half Price Books 1890 Ranch Shopping Center (1335 E. Whitestone Blvd. in Cedar Park) and Half Price Books Anderson Mill (13492 US Hwy 183 N in Austin) are offering to donate a portion of their sales from April 13 – April 29. Make sure you mention the “LISD Summer Reading for All Program” when you make a purchase at that store.
Have books at home your children have outgrown?
Why not donate them at the RPE school library until April 26. All levels of books, new and gently-used, will be accepted and all genres are needed (chapter books, picture books, non-fiction, fiction); however, the greatest need is for books appropriate for students in grades 6th through 12th.
