Dear Students and Parents/Guardians,

Welcome back to another exciting school year at BCIS!

It was so great to see so many of you last night at Back to School Night! We loved having our kids back in the building!

We hope you had a fantastic summer break. As we gear up for the upcoming academic year, we want you to know how excited we are to welcome both our returning students and those who are joining us for the first time.

We have been eagerly preparing for the new school year, and are thrilled to have the opportunity to continue working together to inspire young minds and foster a love for learning. Our dedicated faculty and staff have been working hard to create an engaging and safe environment to promote both academic excellence and personal growth.

Bridge Creek Public School’s mission is to create growth opportunities that promote resilience and inspire tenacity in every Bobcat! #grit

We look forward to working with you to fulfill this mission for each of our students this year!

Here are a few things to look forward to this year:

  • Parent Involvement: Parents and guardians are an integral part of our school community. We encourage your active participation in school events, PTO meetings, and volunteering opportunities. We have an open door policy and want you to know you are welcome at BCIS anytime. We will be sending home a Volunteer Questionnaire in Wednesday folders and would love it if you could fill it out and return it with your child!

  • Engaging Curriculum: Our curriculum is designed to be both challenging and exciting, catering to the diverse interests and learning styles of our students. We're committed to providing a well-rounded education that not only focuses on core subjects but also encourages creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration.

  • Enriching Activities: Get ready for a variety of enriching activities, including field trips, art projects, science experiments, and more. These activities are not only fun but also help expand your horizons and apply classroom knowledge to real-world scenarios.

  • Personal Growth: Beyond academics, we're dedicated to helping your child develop essential life skills such as empathy, resilience, and communication. Our character education initiatives will help them grow into well-rounded individuals.

Please stay tuned for information regarding our upcoming Grade Level Parent Orientation Nights. These will be a great opportunities to learn more about classroom expectations, school-wide procedures, and get acquainted with fellow parents.

We're excited to embark on this learning journey together and can't wait to see the great accomplishments that await each and every one of our students. We truly believe that we are #Better Together and look forward to working alongside you to help your child have a successful and enjoyable experience at BCIS!

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at (405)387-5824.
