Three traits about Jackie Robinson are that he is a record beaker, a hero and a civil rights champion. To start off with, he broke old baseball records; he was rookie of the year in 1947.He was African American; at that time American League baseball player's were only white.Another thing is he beveled in civil rights for blacks.Next, Jackie stole bases and no one stole bases at that time. In the end Jackie Robinson was a hero to all Americans, and he was a person that the African American citizens can look up to.
