This Says it All
We just wrapped up a killer weekend here in Austin at my first ever Rodan+Fields National Convention, appropriately titled "Spark". After an action packed three days, all I can say is that I left feeling energized, excited, and inspired. Did you know that Rodan + Fields is the 4th largest and fastest growing premium skincare brand in the US? Only Lancome, Estee Lauder, and Clinique are larger and all of those companies have been around for over 50 years - compared to just 7 for R+F! (Plus, while those companies' avg annual growth over the last five years has clocked in around 5%, R+F's ... 106.5%. No, that is not a typo).
I think my team member Rachel Cannon, interviewed for the latest issue of Allure, summed it up perfectly:
"Once I got in I realized how much Rodan + Fields truly lines up with my passion of empowering other women. I became an actor because I wanted to use my voice to help those that needed it. I wanted to create a foundation for women to provide medical services if they couldn't afford them; shelter to recover if they had to leave an abusive relationship; community for those without one and to pay that forward when they land on their feet. I have always wanted to be a part of a community of women lifting each other up and dammit if that isn't what I have found. This company is founded on service. It's Raining Men
One of the exciting reveals from this year’s convention was the introduction of a skincare regimen specifically designed for MEN. Research shows that men are increasingly taking cues from women in the grooming department as they become more invested (and invest more money!) in their overall appearance. So here's a little teaser...think shaving with benefits. I have already gotten Mark started, and I can't wait to get all of the men in your life using these great products as well.
