The Registration Area will be in the Convention Meeting area.

Delegates and Guests will pick up badges, manuals and convention materials in the Registration Area.

Banquet: Everyone is welcome to attend the banquet on Saturday evening. The cost is $32 per person. You do need to reserve your space by completing the Room and Meal Registration Form and remitting your money.

Housing: If you have not made your housing reservations, we urge you to do so immediately. Deadline for housing reservations was May 1.

First Offering will go toward the Mite Goal for the 2016-2018 biennia.

Purchase of LWML and CPH materials will be available. Come early to shop in The Gospel Exchange.

Meals: If you purchased the meal package, it will be indicated on your badge. Meals included in the meal package are: dinner on Friday; breakfast, lunch and banquet on Saturday; and breakfast on Sunday. Reminder: You are on your own for Friday lunch.

The emergency telephone number at the Antlers Hotel Colorado Springs is 1-866-299-4602. Be sure to leave this number with your family at home.

Health Note: Bring enough medications for your entire stay away from home in original containers. Pack medications in your carry-on luggage. Bring and wear comfortable clothes and shoes. You may want a light jacket or sweater in the meeting room. A completed Meeting and Events Participation Information, Acknowledgement, Waiver, and Release Form must be turned in at the time of registration to receive your registration packet.

Parking at the Antlers: Covered garage parking under the hotel with unlimited in/out privileges is part of our conference rate. Valet Parking is $22.00 per night with unlimited in/out privileges. Street parking at the city meters is $1.00 hourly.

Transportation: There will only be transportation provided from Colorado Springs Airport by LWML RMD to the Antlers Hotel. Check with Convention Co-Chairs for that information. There is no transportation provided by LWML RMD from DIA to the Antlers Hotel.

Check in at the Antlers: If you are traveling to the convention by car, it is suggested you do the following: 1) leave luggage in the car; 2) register for the convention; 3) register for your hotel room, as rooms may not be available early in the day.

Worship Services: Everyone is welcome to attend the worship service at 7:00 p.m. on Friday evening and at 10 a.m. on Sunday morning. Convention registration is NOT required.

Refund requests must be in writing and will be considered through May 31 (no exceptions). Contact Joey Schilling, Convention Co-Registrar, 5006 W. Hinsdale Cir, Littleton, CO 80128. A processing fee of $5.00 will be retained.
