Court Case
Carey v. Virginia
In Virginia the police forced Carey and her family to get out of their house. Scientists detected some dinosaur fossils right underneath their house. The lady felt that they had violated the 3rd amendment, so she took them to court. They tried bribing Carey, but she didn't want to move since her parents left her the house. The court charged the police for violating the law and trying to bribe her by force.
