Career Goals
One of the most important things anyone claiming to be a leader can do is to help those around him reach their goals. For some of us, those goals include a different role in education. For some of us, those goals are getting better in the role we have. I am here to provide support in either case.
One of the questions on the survey I sent out earlier this week asked about your interest in leadership positions (i.e., instructional coach, counselor, assistant principal). As you consider where you want to be in three years, five years, or a long time from now, please know I am here to support you. Just as I am committed to supporting professional growth for each of us in our current positions, I am committed to help provide learning and experiences to help you take a next step in your career—if that is something you desire.
If you would like to talk about your next step, I'd love to listen. And, I'd be honored to help you take your next steps professionally.
