Progress Report #1
Here are some important dates to be aware of the rest of the semester:
November 6th - Progress Report 2 grading period ends
December 18th - Semester 1 FINAL Grades are due - these grades go on your transcript
We have about 2 months remaining in the semester, so don't wait to start catching up in your classes! Schedule an appointment with your Counselor if there is anything we can do to help.

Our IT team is here to help navigate any difficulties. Services are available in English and Spanish.You can also come to OGHS to receive tech support, trade out any computers or mifi -hotspots devices that are not working properly.
Guidance Presentations
10th grade: Checking in about requirements, learning more about options for after high school, and explore a Reality Check activity.
11th grade guidance coming soon :)
12th Grade: Senior 101 Presentation: Learn about financial aid, college applications, and plan for life after graduation

Help is out there!
Counselors can help by:
- Being a listening ear
- Frequently checking in
- Referring to outside resources for additional support
Orange Glen works with multiple community agencies to bring individual and group mental health supports to our students. Palomar Family Counseling Services will be starting a few social emotional groups soon! Contact your school counselor or Mrs. Gonzalez, the school social worker if you are interested or have any questions.

CSU Application - due December 4th
Palomar/Palomar Promise Application - we are encouraging all seniors to complete this application before Winter Break (December 18th)
FAFSA/Dream Act Application - due March 2nd
