Newton's Laws of Motion
First law: inertia
THE DEFINITION:
Newton's first law stipulates an object at rest remains at rest and an object in motion maintains its velocity unless it experiences a net force.
This picture demonstrates newton's 1st law. It demonstrates it by displaying how the force of the seat belt keeps you in the seat even after the car stops moving. Your body wants to keep going.
This picture demonstrates newton's 1st law. It demonstrates it by showing the force acted upon a car. The car crashed but keeps going
