Women's Stress Makeover Workshop

Now's the time to take charge of stress!

  • Are you trying to juggle multiple roles in your life including mom, wife, girlfriend, daughter, or friend?
  • Are you too busy to take valuable time for yourself to be well, eat well and be healthy?
  • Does the stress feel like its never ending?

If you can answer yes to any of the above questions, it might be time for a stress makeover. Please join us in our monthly workshop on stress management which will include learning signs and symptoms of stress, identifying sources of stress, learning easy ways to plan, cook and eat healthier as well as breathing techniques and restorative yoga poses to promote relaxation.

This is a monthly workshop occurring the 2nd Saturday of every month from 1:30-3:30 p.m.

WHERE: Blissed Out Yoga, 381 N. York St., Suite #24, Elmhurst

COST: The cost for each workshop is $25 which can be paid on the first date of the workshop. If you bring a friend, you will receive $5 off your workshop fee. The workshop fee can be paid with cash or check.

Nicole A. Dugger is a licensed pscychotherapist with over 10 years of experience helping women to manage stress. Mary D'Anza is a registered dietitian whose passion is to help others take charge of their nutrition. Stacy DiGregorio is a Registered Thai Therapist and Yoga teacher.
