COMING TO YOUR MAILBOX SOON: Facilities Planning Community-wide Survey

The Wauwatosa School District is continuing to gather broad community input in our long-range master facilities planning process.

In the next two to three weeks (mid-to-late April), all Wauwatosa residents will receive a facilities planning survey from the District. Please watch for this in your mailbox and take 10 minutes to complete the survey. Your input matters and we look forward to hearing from you.

When the survey arrives, read the front page carefully. It includes instructions for how to obtain a second survey if you have more than one adult member in your household that wants to participate. Additionally, District parents and staff will receive an emailed link. Paper copies will also include a link for completing the survey online. We encourage you to take the survey in whichever format you feel most comfortable.

Click HERE for a flyer to share on your social media accounts to help increase awareness of the survey's upcoming arrival and encourage your neighbors, friends and family who are residents to participate.

The results of the survey will be presented to the Wauwatosa School Board, the Facilities Advisory Committee, and the community during the June 11th Board meeting. You are invited to attend.

Results will also be shared via our District website and District communication.

PTA Updates: High Interest Day and Timberwolf Trot

Timberwolf Trot

We are doing a great job with our Timberwolf Trot fundraising but need to keep going. WHO wants to see our staff sleeping on the Roof of School? We are halfway to our $20k goal for this to happen. The classrooms continue be in the head to head completion. The gold running shoes are with Team Anderson ($1,805) , Team Robinson ($1,645) has the silver shoes and Team Hernday ($1,070) has the bronze shoes. Can another class lap them this weekend?

Register your student at thegetmovincrew.com and start collecting donations either online or in the envelope sent home. Feel free to send in more than one envelope throughout the fundraiser window. Just write student's first and last name with teacher name and turn into the front office . Registration takes less than 2 minutes and it's free! For any student at goal of $65 on Monday will be put in a drawing for a gift certificate and painting from Arte in Wauwatosa.
