IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Remember to monitor TV and radio stations as well as the Dallastown Twitter page @dallastownSD and website, www.dallastown.net, should weather conditions necessitate a change to the regular school and/or activity schedules. Be sure that current telephone numbers are on file with your child's school so that School Messenger inclement weather notifications reach you.

Nursing Department News
Attention 6th Grade Parent/Guardians:
The state of Pennsylvania requests that students in Grade 6 have a physical exam completed. Our school physician will be at the Intermediate School conducting physical exam screenings on March 11 and March 25. Any 6th grade student who has not yet submitted a physical exam, will receive a packet with more information about these exam dates. If you would like your child to have the school physician complete this screening, we ask that you give consent, fill out page one of the PA Physical Exam form, and return the packet to your child’s community nurse by March 3, 2020.
Additionally, students entering 7th grade for the 2020-21 school year will need a Tdap and Meningococcal vaccine. If your child has already received these immunizations and/or receives these immunizations during the school year, please provide your child’s community nurse with a copy of the immunization record so that we can update our records.
If you have any questions about the school physicals and/or immunizations, please contact Nurse Boyd at beth.boyd@dallastown.net. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
