REMINDER: Stress Seminar - Tuesdays in April
Are your high schoolers stressed out? They are not alone! Over a quarter of all high school students report high levels of stress! Long terms stress increases cortisol and stress hormones in the body and can increase the risk of a myriad of health problems. Here is an opportunity for students to learn healthy ways of coping with the stressors in their lives!
This three week workshop is designed to help students Relax, Rethink, and Regroup! Our time together will be spent learning practical tools that students can use to prevent and combat stress in their lives. Topics will include relaxation techniques, identifying negative self talk, self advocacy and healthy relationships.
The workshop will run on Tuesdays April 4th, 11th and 18th from 8:15-9:00 AM in the Student Services Conference Room.

COMPASS AND EQUIP PROGRAMS - GORDON COLLEGE
Do you know high school students that are looking for an adventure and seeking to dive deeper in their faith?
Encourage them to consider Gordon College's Compass Program and new Equip Program!
The Compass Program consists of an intense month-long immersion program based at Gordon College featuring three expeditions: a wilderness, theological and overseas service-learning trip, all in one month!
Equip is a one-week program that helps students learn how their faith interacts with technology, creation care, social justice, and leadership development. In addition, students get to live on Gordon’s campus where they are mentored by college students and Gordon’s chaplain and director of discipleship.
This year’s Compass Program is from June 28-July 27. Equip runs from June 25-July 1.
If you have any questions or want to learn more, please contact the program director, Bryn Clark at 978-867-4123 or bryn.clark@gordon.edu.

2 Corinthians 12:9-10
“But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.”
