Why We Should Eat the Meat
- If you do not eat meat you will struggle to get a decent amount of protein for the growth of the body and tissue repair and replacement.
- Meat contains a lot of vitamins, meat has a lot of iron in meat and iron is one of the vital to the body. Meat also has B vitamins is also very important to the body.
- If we Did not butcher/ kill animals, we would me over populated with animals and that would be bad.
- Meat gives us a lot of minerals.
We should eat meat because of all the reasons above, Meat is very important to the body and it is a great source of protein.
