Device Return for Digital Students
- Devices should be returned fully charged and powered on to expedite the check-in process.
- They will be assessed for damage and fines will be issued.
- Parents can pay using credit card, cash, or check.
- Chargers must be returned with the device. If not, a fine will be issued.
- If a device is returned in good condition, no fine will be assigned.
5th Grade End of Year Activities
The 5th Grade Awards Ceremony for digital and in-person students is below. The ceremony will take place on Tuesday, May 25 in the Mountain Park ES Gymnasium. Due to social distancing, three ceremonies will be held. Each student can invite two guests. All participants are asked to wear a mask.
- 9:00am - Ms. Herman & Mrs. Hodges' Classes
- 11:00am - Ms. Katelan & Mrs. McCord's Classes
- 1:00pm - Ms. Macdonald's Class
- (All ceremonies are in-person.)
Students in these classes will take their "5th Grade Walk" through the school immediately following their ceremony and end the celebration with a Kings of Pops treat.

School Nutrition Program
- Gwinnett County Public Schools: Information regarding meals during summer school and the K-8 Summer Enrichment and Acceleration program will be communicated with participating families. However, all GCPS families can take advantage of the curbside pickup service for children ages 18 and younger. The meals—both breakfast and lunch—will be provided at 27 middle schools from June 14 to July 2 between 11 a.m. to noon on weekdays. (All middle schools will participate except Five Forks MS and Jones MS, which are undergoing construction.)
- Gwinnett County Community Services is offering free grab-and-go breakfasts and lunches at 25 locations. Curbside pick-up of nutritious meals is for 18 years or younger or those 19 years of age or older with a physical or mental impairment.
