My goals and why I chose this challenge
Honestly one of my goals was to lose twenty pounds and look better for krysti. Even though we don't date anymore I still wanted to continue this challenge to boost my self confidence. I chose this challenge because I knew it would be a challenge that would, in the end, be all worth it. When I finish this I want to feel better about myself and give myself a huge confident boost. I dont want to be shy or timid but instead a confident brave yoing man.
