Life and Family Services January/February 2020
2020, HERE WE COME!
As we begin a new year, we want to take time to thank all of the supporters of Life and Family Services who've contributed over the past year. This year the organization has benefited from people in our community in so many ways! We are thankful for the donations of diapers, wipes, and clothing for the BABE Store. We are thankful for the time donated at fundraisers like Apple Festival and the porkburger sales. And, we are thankful for the monetary donations faithfully given as well. As we reflect on 2019, we feel blessed by ALL of you, and for the ways you've given time and support to Life and Family Services. Thank you!

INTRODUCING...
Greetings!
My name is Joey Espinoza, and I am now serving as the Development Coordinator for Life and Family Services! Being a new member of the team, I thought I'd share with you a bit about myself...
Recently, I graduated from Purdue University, Fort Wayne, with a Human Services degree, wherein my top concentration areas were "Business & Administration" and "the Family." I've always had an interest in working within the Human Service field due to having two siblings with severe autism. My amazing childhood with them allowed me to see how important family is, as well as faith-based community outreach. For years, I have been praying that God would open just the right doors for me that I might fulfill His calling for my life--and I can't help but feel God has blessed me by providing this opportunity at Life and Family Services!
I attend Waterloo Freewill Baptist Church and serve there as a Sunday School Teacher, Youth Leader, and Worship Leader. During college, I had the pleasure of working with a professor at PFW as her teaching assistant. After college, I worked as a Pre-Employment Transitions Coordinator--helping students with intellectual disabilities at Columbia City High School. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, crocheting, playing guitar, singing and spending time with my best friend--my husband!
I look forward to working alongside each of you! Thank you all for your warm welcome and prayers as I start this new journey in my life!
Sincerely,
Joey
