Your Options

  1. Relax- listen to the music, take deep breaths, rest your mind & body.
  2. Work on assignments for this or other classes.

This time is not a social hour or time to play games on your phone. It is to be used as a time to de-stress. It should remain quiet the whole hour, other than the relaxing music, no one should be talking. You may listen to music on your phone via headphones. You may use the couch or floor pillows if you choose to relax, however you need to spread out & not be laying near anyone.
