The Value of a Village!

We hope that you have been able to experience the value of the "village" of your Wildwood family as we work together to support the growth of your child! The more adults who love and support our Lil Hawks, the better!

The Wildwood staff invites you to help our Wildwood students, Hawk villagers!

Perhaps because of the great weather, or maybe due to this being our first full year in school for a long time, or possibly because our Hawks are comfortable in their routines and school relationships, we have seen a slight increase in behavior challenges during recess/lunch time. Spring fever come early?

We have seen some student-to-student disagreement that we would like to tackle as a team of adults who love these kids! Let's all take time to remind our Wildwood children the various strategies that can be used to appropriately disagree with another or how to avoid peer conflict in general.

In life, there WILL be times when we don't see eye-to-eye with others, and this is okay and going to happen. But, let's build our Hawk character and Hawk resilience by teaching our children how to handle these times with great success and minimal hurt! There is value in the Hawk Village!

Fun Friday was Spirit Day! School Colors Everywhere!
