Collaboration Norms
Meeting participants and leaders commit to:

- risk productive struggle
- be positive and solution focussed (focus on what we can change)
- keep students at the center of focus and decision-making (tall and small)
- challenge with respect; disagreements are healthy if you presume positive intent
- balance urgency and patience; change happens over time and is a process
- respect the time of team members, start and end on time
