Tendonitis is an injury that causes inflammation to tendons in your body. Tendonitis usually happens where there is poor blood supply. You might have pain with the movement of muscles and tendons and swelling of the tendons.
How to Prevent
You can prevent tendonitis by training a new sport before you start it, but if that sport is giving you a lot of stress on your tendons you might want to stop and rest. Also when your typing don't press down to hard on the keys and make sure your arm can move around comfortably. They say that wrist rest, splints and even ergonomic keyboards can worsen the injury.
