Saxton Newsletter 26.3.21

Happy Easter and Thank you!

Thank you for all your hard work and support during the last term. This certainly didn't go the way that we had envisaged at Christmas, but we have managed to cope well with all the challenges and changes that we have faced. We should all be incredibly proud of how we have responded since Christmas, and of course we recognise the amazing efforts of our children. They are incredibly resilient. It has been a joy to see them all back at school and doing well. We would all like to wish you a happy and relaxing Easter.

School Lunches

As per Mr Weights letter sent to Parents/Carers today, the process for ordering school lunches will be changing. Children will no longer need to book meals for the full week. Children can decide daily whether they are having a school dinner or packed lunch.

Can you please ensure you discuss the menu each day with your child so they can decide what they would like to order. Once they know their choices, they will choose this each morning with their teacher during registration.

Each day there are 3 choices, either the hot dinner, the sandwich or the jacket potato with a choice of 3 toppings. The sandwich and jacket potato always come with a selection of vegetables/salad on the side and have the full pudding choice for that day.

Please see the link below for the Summer Lunch menu for after Easter.
