PSI: Partners in Scientific Inquiry

PSI is an organization that emphasizes fun, “hands-on” student-centered

approaches that deliver elevated science learning.

All of these programs are a great way for girls and boys to

learn & strengthen their understanding of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) concepts set forth by the Massachusetts core standards.

Best of all, they get to use their imagination, explore their interests,

and learn to approach problems logically and systematically!

For additional information/questions on our programs, please contact us.

food availability

The Mary Lyons Foundation and the Ashfield Food Pantry have partnered up to provide up to 20 families with free food delivery services. Students who participate in the summer program can take the food home on the bus or families can get it when they pick up their kids. If any families are in need (but not in the summer programs) we can arrange for pickups at Mohawk Trail, and the bus could take some to the stops (Hawlemont, Colrain, Ashfield House) for families to pick up. There is also a Mary Lyon's volunteer who will deliver the groceries herself to families in need (if not too far away).
