To ensure I have the very best health I can everyday I will eat healthy and be active, and I will handle stress and anxiety in a positive way.
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by looking at the situation causing me pain differently I will make pain as a positive thing. And I will try to make it positive. What I will gain from that "pain" is direction on what to do and stay away from. As a result, I will not experience that pain anymore and I will be a happier person.
I am who I am because of my surroundings.
I want to enjoy life and to be happy in life because a healthy body is a result of a healthy mind. So, I need to surround myself with happy people who want the same thing, to be happy.
