Our After-School Program is soon approaching, Monday, October 4th!
If you are interested in your scholar attending the after-school program, please fill out the interest form in the following link: https://www.summeradvantage.org/ohio (See image below for more details). The after school program will provide remediation supports in both Reading and Math.
7th Grade Parents - We need your child's updated immunization records. The records need to include their required shot for 7th grade. We need these records in the office by September 30th, 2021 at the latest. Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note, if we do not receive the records by this date, your child will not be able to attend school until all immunizations are updated. Please email/call with any questions!
Masks - Please emphasize to your scholar the need for the mask to be over their mouth and nose. This is a team effort to maintain the health and safety of ALL in the building.
Kickboard - Kickboard is an online Positive Behavioral Support System that is used to monitor scholar behavior with the intent to reward scholars for proper behavior in all school environments. Scholars will be able to earn "scholar dollars" through the system and eventually purchase incentives based on the money they earned. The system allows us to print out behavior data on each scholar and easily share this with you as families. We will be starting this consistently on Monday, September 14th. When scholars have enough money they will be able to make purchases on Fridays of each week.
Health and Safety - Parents/Guardians, at this time we will not be allowing visitors to enter the building. If there is a need in the building, please come to the door, ring the bell and we will meet you at the door to provide any supports. Thank you for your understanding, as we work hard to keep the building safe and all within healthy.
