Our special weekend is coming soon!

Idyllwild, Ca is nestled deep in the San Jacinto mounatins in Southern California. My name is Keira Henninger, and I am an accomplished Ultra runner, race director, and Coach. I have created yet another one of my amazing Women's "only" Trail Running destination weekend's. It will be filled with trail running and power hiking workshops, nutrition coaching and cooking classes, core and stretching clinics, and endless information on gear and race day fuel. All topics will be covered in this four day all expenses included weekend vacation. Come spend the weekend power hiking, trail running, eating delicious and very healthy home cooked meals, and covering the miles in beautiful mountainous terrain.

All levels are welcome! Please don't be intimidated. This trip is meant for everyone.

Play all weekend in beautiful Idyllwild, CA! Guests will stay in a beautiful house in the heart of Idyllwild with direct access to some of the most pristine trails the state of California has to offer. All meals will be paid for, and prepared by Keira as its your job to run, relax, and learn! All diets and special nutrition needs will be catered to, and all food is made by Keira from scratch. Besides running, cooking is my biggest passion!

Thursday September 14th

2-5pm~ Arrive at the cabin, and get settled into your room

6pm~ Nutrition clinic #1 and cooking class

7pm~ Amazing and healthy dinner served

7:30pm~ Trail talk and gear review for Saturday's run

Friday September 15th

7am~ Wake up and get ready to head to the trail

8:30am~ 16 mile trail run summit MT San Jacinto!!

3pm~ Showers and lunch served. Nutrition clinic #2 during lunch.

4-6:45pm~ Option to walk into town and look at shops. Free time.

7pm~ Dinner served with clinic during dinner on running and race day nutrition, tips on salt intake, gels, and every aspect of what is out in the market right now for fuel for Trail Running

Saturday September 16th

7am~ Wake up and get ready to head to the trail

8am~ 16 mile trail run with the option to go 8 miles for my less experienced ladies

1-3pm~ Lunch is served along with a clinic on easy and healthy meals to prepare

4pm~ Stretching and Core clinic

5-7pm~ Free time

7pm~ Dinner and last nutrition clinic along with Keira's favorite recipes discussion

Sunday September 17th

Easy 6 mile hike, pack up and head home

**IMPORTANT INFO: All expenses included weekend cost is 550$ per person. You DO NOT need to pay this in full upfront. A deposit of $250 is due to hold your spot. The remaining balance is due by September 1st. Payments can be made through paypal via credit card or by check. Your fee includes very nice accommodations, breakfast, lunch and dinners, and knowledge that will be life changing.
