The 2021-2022 UCM WeMet catalog has been released; however, this is an early draft and the highlighted items/dates are not confirmed with departments yet. You can use this catalog as a guide in deciding which courses you would like to take next year. If you are interested in a course not listed, let me know and we may be able to place you in it through Innovation Track.

District ACT Test Information
National ACT Test Information
National test dates are listed below. Freshmen and sophomores are eligible to take the National ACT exam. To register, please go to http://www.act.org/. If you are a junior or senior and qualify for free or reduced lunch, be sure to stop by my office prior to registering to receive a waiver so you can take the exam for free. The test center for the National test date is located at the University of Central Missouri.
FREE 2020-2021 Preparing for the ACT Test booklets are available for pick up in my office.

Job Corps Information
I have received contact information for Job Corps in Excelsior Springs. Job Corps is a free training program that can include housing, if needed, and is open to people ages 16-24 years who meet low income and other eligibility requirements. Students are able to works at their own pace in studying and training, learn employability skills, and earn credentials toward a career. If you would like more information please let me know. You can also contact their Admission Counselor, Sonja Harris at harris.sonja@jobcorps.gov.

UCM Extends Application Fee Waiver
The University of Central Missouri has extended its application fee waiver through March 16, 2021. When you apply, please be sure to submit your application and the waiver will automatically be applied. There is NO need for a code.
