HOW MUCH IS TOO MUCH?
Studies are showing that too much screen time is having negative academic, social and emotional effects on our children.
As we raise children in a digital world it’s good to know how to monitor and limit the content your family uses. Google Family Link helps you easily monitor and limit usage on each family member’s Apple and Android device. You can set bedtime restrictions, filter content, and set time limits for specific applications. Follow the link below to learn how!

Does your child have an Amazon Fire tablet? Follow the link below to learn how to set limits for your child.

Not sure if a game, app, book, or movie is age-appropriate for your child? Would you like to read advice about parenting in the digital age? Follow this link!
