Middle School Matters with Mrs. McCoy
Here are some things our students are saying when asked,
"What do you see God doing in our middle school?"
- "The Lord has worked in our middle school in so many different ways. My classes grew into families. My friends grew into siblings. I got to experience the Lord working in one of my friend's lives. She now knows what the love of God feels like." - 7th grade girl
- "It is amazing how God works in this school. He put people in our lives that will help us grow closer to him. I've seen students pray together. I've had friends care about others and act selfless. The teachers here encourage, help, and truly care about us. Not only do they want us to learm a certain subject, but they also want us to love God and help others. My life would look very different if I didn't go here. I am thankful that I can come to this school." - 8th grade girl.
- "During my third year at SBA, I was blessed to have been baptized in such a loving community. When I first stood at the front of that chapel, I didn't even know why I walked up there, but I could tell the Lord was calling me to do something great! I was freed from my old self on Oct. 31." - 8th grade boy
I will share some of these stories in upcoming newsletters and I just want to say THANK YOU for investing in Christian Education. It is an investment that is worth it! My husband Ken and I invested in Christian school for our three children and are grateful we did because of the fruits we see in them as young adults.
Many Blessings,
Mrs. McCoy
