The Cell Cycles
Interphase
b."synthesis phase"
c."growth phase 2"
- 90% of cells cycle
- 3 different stages
b."synthesis phase"
c."growth phase 2"
Prophase
Mitosis begins, nucleus, nuclear membrane begin to dissapear.
Centreols begin to move to opposite ends.
Metaphase
Chromosomes line up in the middle of the cell.
Anaphase
Chromosome pairs separate.
Chromotids pull apart.
Telophase
Creates 2 new nuclei.
Makes new DNA.
Creates a peanut shape, as the cell splits into two parts.
Cytokinesis
Cytoplasm splits in two.
Creates 2 new cells.
