  1. Be more aware of your surroundings
  2. Be cautious of what you consume before driving (drugs and alcohol)
  3. Seek help if you have suicidal tendencies or feel depressed
  4. Stay on your medications
  5. If you've been traumatized, go see a therapist
  6. Be careful with the way you act
  7. See an adult if you are bullied
  8. Treat others the way you'd want to be treated
  9. Avoid bad situations if you can
  10. Choose your environment wisely

Physical-


  1. Car accidents (drunk driving, not paying attention, etc.)
  2. Self harm yourself (causing yourself pain, attempting suicide either because you think you don't have another choice or to seek attention)
